It’s def Jay-Z. He is part owner of the restaurant the Spotted Pig which is located on Greenwich Street. Also, the words “famously un-single” is a dead giveaway. It’s natural to speak in terms of single and not single when discussing girlfriends and boyfriends, not so mcuh so when discussing a married couple. Also, there are only two or three true hip-hop powerhouses, but only one (Jay-Z) who is as famous for his relationship as his talent. Jay-Z and Bey are like siamese twins - one is never mentioned in print w/o a reference to the other.

In fact, IMO it’s their relationship and the refusal to discuss that keeps the public interested in them.
