Tired of being sued for her involvement in a fatal car accident last year, Brandy filed a court document to say she denies every wrongful death accusation leveled against her. This hasn’t stopped yet another shameful opportunist/victim from trying to get more money out of the singer, who surely does not have anywhere near the amount of cash her opponents think is owed to them.

Three wrongful death suits have been filed, one by Aboudihaj’s parents, one representing the deceased’s two children, and, earlier this month, one by Aboudihaj’s husband, Maroune Hdidou, for the loss of “support, maintenance, solace, moral support, companionship and comfort” that his “faithful and dutiful” spouse provided him.

“This answering defendant specifically denies each and every allegation in the complaint and further denies that plaintiffs have been damaged in any sum or sums whatsoever,” read court papers obtained by E! Online.

In the filing, Brandy asserts her Fifth Amendment privilege to not incriminate herself and requests a jury trial.

Notorious stage mom Sonja Norwood has got to be looking at Brandy’s situation, not to mention her amateur porn star son’s, and thinking that maybe the spotlight isn’t the greatest place to thrust your kids at such a young age.

She just doesn’t seem remorseful at all to me. I haven’t even heard her make a public apology. Just some cookie cutter crap from her publicist.

I disagree Nic. The girl was a mess afterwards. The woman was distraught and remorseful, even on the scene, so it’s a bit too late to deny wrongful death though.

Brandy doesn’t have that kind of money. Who do they think she is? She better put a lot of money in a trust for her daughter. I don’t know everything that happened. Was she on her cell or something when it happened? If so, they need to wipe her clean. There are laws against that for a reason.

Everyone else is doing it so I will too. I’m going to sue Brandy for taking up so much news space on gossip blogs. I think I’ll sue her for 50 million.

But seriously, I feel bad that someone died but damn, it’s not like Brandy shot them or stabbed them.

I’m sure she feels terrible (and she should), but the freeway where it happened has those exact same accidents on a daily. Granted most aren’t fatal or nearly as bad. I’ve driven it 1000 times. You’ll be going 80 mph and then all of a sudden a wall of traffic pops up, and you have to slam on your breaks. I doubt that the other people who get into the accidents I’ve seen there everyday are sued for 50 million.
