Tyson Beckford is going reality television on us. Thankfully, he’ll be hosting a show, not starring in the Surreal Life or something. He and former model Nikki Taylor will host a Bravo competition show that should be named The One That’s Not America’s Next Top Model but is actually called Make Me A Supermodel.
Unlike the CW’s Tyra Banks-fronted America’s Next Top Model, where a panel of judges decide who stays and who goes each week, Supermodel results will be determined by viewer voting. Each week, one would-be catwalker will be sent home, until only one contestant remains.
I hope the producers are prepared to get a bunch of ANTM rejects in the casting room for the first few seasons. Tyra might have drained the entire market of people who aren’t good enough to be models on their own but are either pretty or tall enough to play at it for 12 weeks.

I’d rather watch his sexy a– than stare at Tyra’s bad lace front. Take away Nigel and ANTM is a waste of my time.

As far as Tyson goes, he’s super hot, but about as interesting/smart as a handful of marbles. I’d definetely let him in though.
As long as he takes his shirt off on each episode, I could give a good got-DAMN who gets voted off each week.
Aren’t we prejudice. I’ve seen one interview of him and he came off as intelligent. Tyra is not intelligent but manages to do a show. She’s vapid and opinionated which is nothing special. Opinions are like a-holes. Everyone’s got one.
Tyson is an idiot. I know this because i’ve actually talked to him on a few occasions. There’s ABSolutely no intelligent life there. Tyra may be vapid, but she’s hardly unintelligent. The last I checked she has TWO hit shows, and is raking in millions each year. What’s Tyson done lately (or ever)?
