When a celeb volunteers to publicly swab the inside of their cheek (it’s not pretty, see Regina King after the jump) in front of flashing cameras, you know they must really care about HIV awareness in the black community. A handful of black actors and actresses, like (the other) Vanessa Williams, Henry Simmons, and that chick from Borat, got tested to bring attention to HIV Awareness Day. More pics after the jump.
